利用規約
Swipad（以下「本ソフトウェア」）をご利用いただく前に、本規約をお読みください。本ソフトウェアをダウンロード・インストール・使用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

同意
本ソフトウェアをダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、お客様は本規約のすべての条項に同意したものとみなされます。同意いただけない場合は、本ソフトウェアの使用を中止してください。

ライセンス
本ソフトウェアは、お客様自身の個人的かつ非排他的な利用を目的として提供されます。お客様は本ソフトウェアをコピー、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、再配布することはできません（ただし、適用法によって明示的に許可されている範囲を除く）。

アクセシビリティ権限の利用
Mac 版の本ソフトウェアは macOS の Accessibility 権限を必要とします。この権限は iPhone から受信したタッチをカーソル操作に変換するためにのみ使用され、画面内容や入力テキスト等の読み取りには使用されません。

禁止事項
お客様は、本ソフトウェアを以下の目的で使用してはなりません。
- 他人の Mac を本人の同意なく操作する目的
- 適用される法令、規制、または第三者の権利を侵害する目的
- マルウェアの配布、フィッシング、不正アクセスその他の不正行為の支援
- 本ソフトウェアのセキュリティ機能（ペアリング、暗号化、認証など）の回避を試みること

無保証
本ソフトウェアは 「現状のまま」（AS IS） 提供されます。明示・黙示を問わず、商品性、特定目的への適合性、第三者の権利を侵害しないことなど、いかなる保証も行いません。本ソフトウェアが中断なく動作すること、エラーがないこと、特定の結果を生じることを保証するものではありません。

責任の制限
適用法で許容される最大限の範囲において、開発者は本ソフトウェアの使用または使用不能から生じるいかなる直接的・間接的・付随的・結果的損害（データ損失、業務中断、機器の故障を含むがこれらに限られない）についても責任を負いません。

サービスの提供と終了
本ソフトウェアは現状で提供される無償のソフトウェアであり、開発者は事前の通知なく本ソフトウェアの提供を変更・中断・終了することができます。お客様は、いつでも本ソフトウェアをアンインストールすることで利用を終了できます。

規約の変更
本規約は必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更があった場合は、本ページにて通知します。変更後も本ソフトウェアを継続して使用された場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

準拠法
本規約は日本国の法律に準拠し、これに従って解釈されます。本規約に関連して生じる紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Software.

License
The Software is provided to you for your personal, non-exclusive use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Accessibility Permission Usage
The Mac version of the Software requires the macOS Accessibility permission. This permission is used solely to translate touch input received from your iPhone into cursor events on your Mac, and is never used to read screen contents, typed text, or other accessibility information.

Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Software for any of the following purposes:
- Operating someone else's Mac without their consent
- Any purpose that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Distributing malware, phishing, unauthorized access, or other illicit activity
- Attempting to bypass the Software's security features (pairing, encryption, authentication, etc.)

No Warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. No warranty is made that the Software will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular result.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or equipment failure.

Availability and Termination
The Software is provided as free software in its current form, and the developer may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Software at any time without prior notice. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the Software.

Changes to the Terms
These Terms may be updated as needed. Material changes will be communicated on this page. Continued use of the Software after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
