Swipadは、iPhoneをMacのトラックパッドとして使用するアプリケーションです。ユーザーのプライバシーを最優先に設計しており、個人情報を一切収集しません。

データの収集について
Swipadは、個人情報を一切収集・保存・外部送信しません。
アプリの通信はすべてお使いのローカルネットワーク内で完結します。同一Wi-Fiまたは有線接続上のデバイス間でのみ通信が行われ、外部サーバーへのデータ送信は一切ありません。

ローカルネットワークの利用
Swipadは以下の目的でローカルネットワークを使用します。
- デバイス検出 — Bonjour（mDNS）を使用して、同一ネットワーク上のMacアプリを自動検出します。
- 操作データ送信 — TCP/UDPを使用して、カーソル移動・クリック・スクロール等の操作データをMacに送信します。
すべての通信はNoise Protocol（ChaCha20-Poly1305）によるエンドツーエンド暗号化で保護されています。

アクセシビリティ権限の利用
Mac 版 Swipad は、iPhone から受信したタッチ操作を Mac のカーソル移動・クリック・スクロールに変換するために、macOS の アクセシビリティ権限（Privacy & Security > Accessibility）を必要とします。
この権限は以下の用途にのみ使用されます。
- カーソル制御 —
CGEventAPI でマウス移動・クリック・スクロールイベントを発生させます。
Swipad は画面の内容、入力されたテキスト、起動中のアプリケーション、その他のアクセシビリティ情報を 読み取りません。書き出しもしません。アクセシビリティ権限はカーソル/スクロール出力のためにのみ使用され、いかなる情報もデバイス外に送信されません。

デバイスに保存される情報
以下のデータはお使いのデバイスにのみ保存され、外部に送信されることはありません。
- ペアリング用暗号鍵 — iOS / macOS のKeychainに安全に保存されます。
- ユーザー設定 — カーソル速度やスクロール方向などの設定値です。

第三者サービス
Swipadは、分析ツール・広告SDK・クラッシュレポートなどの第三者サービスを一切使用していません。

Swipad is an application that turns your iPhone into a trackpad for your Mac. We designed it with user privacy as a top priority and do not collect any personal information.

Data Collection
Swipad does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.
All communication occurs exclusively within your local network. Data is only exchanged between devices on the same Wi-Fi or wired connection. No data is ever sent to external servers.

Local Network Usage
Swipad uses your local network for the following purposes:
- Device Discovery — Uses Bonjour (mDNS) to automatically detect the Mac app on the same network.
- Input Data Transmission — Uses TCP/UDP to send cursor movement, clicks, scrolling, and other input data to your Mac.
All communication is protected by end-to-end encryption using the Noise Protocol (ChaCha20-Poly1305).

Accessibility Permission Usage
The Mac version of Swipad requires the macOS Accessibility permission (Privacy & Security > Accessibility) in order to translate touch input received from your iPhone into mouse movements, clicks, and scroll events on your Mac.
This permission is used solely for the following purpose:
- Cursor control — Generates mouse-move, click, and scroll events via the
CGEventAPI.
Swipad does not read screen contents, typed text, running applications, or any other accessibility information. It performs no introspection. The Accessibility permission is used exclusively to emit cursor/scroll output, and no such information ever leaves your device.

Data Stored on Device
The following data is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted externally:
- Pairing Encryption Keys — Securely stored in iOS / macOS Keychain.
- User Preferences — Settings such as cursor speed and scroll direction.

Third-Party Services
Swipad does not integrate any third-party services, including analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or crash reporting frameworks.

Children's Privacy
Since Swipad does not collect any personal information, there are no privacy risks specific to children.
